Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges and returns are not accepted.
For Lebanon, returning an item is accepted only in case the item was defective or wrong.
For international orders, the defective or wrong orders are not exchangeable but can be replaced based on the item status or the complaint.
You have 7 days within Lebanon from receiving your order and 14 days for an international return to:
- Contact us at info@atelierdumiel.com to manage the return request.
- Inform us of the reason behind your return with pictures.
- Once confirmed, we will issue a return/replacement request.
- Once we receive our items, you will be refunded the amount of your order minus the bank charges and the return shipping charge.
Items must be returned to us unused with all the tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Refunds
We don’t process refunds.
